Max from Evanston, IL asks:
Looking at the Tsunami Airwave Elite.  I'd pair with a Diawa BG4000.   Primary use will be for plugging and tossing lighter plastics (1-3 oz) from the sand on Nantucket.  I have a wide assortment of surf rods but most are too heavy for all-day casting.

I'm looking for a surf rod that is less fatiguing and has decent 'action' to make catching schoolie stripers and blues a bit more fun.    At the same time, I'd like to be able to drift the occasional eel (without added weight).

Any suggestions?
